“Good morning! I just had to let you know how much we enjoyed our costume character at my great niece's 2nd birthday party....! Your staff was absolutely WONDERFUL!! The character was very child oriented and even got down on the floor to play with Jenna!! The character assistant was very pleasant and accommodating when we were discussing how to have the character join the party....she even took the time to do a 'hand painting' of a Train on the hand of a 14yr old autistic child!! WOW WOW WOW!!! You have my business and I will tell everyone I know about the great service and fun you added to our party. Jenna loved seeing the character and we have TONS of photos that even the character assistant took of the whole group....mostly adults, who had a great time, right along with the character!!
